Stephen was born in Houston, TX and holds a B.F.A in Acting and Directing from Sam Houston State University. Prior to his work as a fellow for Council District 4, he worked for the film industry in several operational capacities, including piloting zero waste productions, which diverted catering and craft services from the landfill and into the hands of community members. He plans on attending law school in the Fall of 2023 to pursue a career in environmental law and advocacy.
