Joe started his journey with Council District Four over 6 years ago, when he was a high school intern. Since then, he has worked in youth behavioral health, cannabis policy, and everything in between (including an escape room game host). With a Political Science degree from UC Santa Cruz, Joe focuses on constituent communications and case management. He also bartends (where he makes a very good margarita), and spends his free time on hikes, playing too many video games, and being with his family.
