Prior to joining the CD4 team, Jackson worked on air quality projects for the Santa Monica-based Gladstein, Neandross & Associates. He has experience working with air quality agencies across California on securing grant funding and implementing major planning initiatives, and is excited to bring this experience to the work of CD4 and the City of LA.

Jackson holds an MPA from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs in New York City, in Environmental Science and Policy. He is a proud Los Angeles native who grew up in the San Fernando Valley.
