Hayes is a Silver Lake resident and co-founder of SELAH Neighborhood Homeless Coalition, one of the largest all-volunteer community service organizations in Los Angeles. He joins the CD4 office after a decade in the entertainment industry as a television writer and producer. A Massachusetts native, Hayes holds a BA in Social Studies from Harvard College.
