Welcome to Council District 4! Stretching from Silver Lake to Reseda, with more than 260,000 constituents, we are eager to serve you as effectively as possible. My office has staff who are here to assist you with services including removing graffiti, tree trimming, trash and bulky item pick-up, traffic and parking concerns, homelessness response, COVID-19 resources, housing and rental concerns, small business issues, street and sidewalk repairs, and more.
